I am Hortense Koster, Amsterdam resident, and a trend- and customer insights specialist. I help companies, lifestyle brands, design- and communication agencies to discover the changing mentalities of their target group.
Always eager to understand future mindsets, I founded a creative research collective Trndmarker in 2012.
